Interbeing Learning Journeys
Step into landscapes of transformation – where ecosystems regenerate, learning is relational, and knowledge is woven through stories, lived experience and embodied practice.

Embodied Journeys for Regenerative Leadership
We host regenerative learning journeys that support participants in navigating the intersections of diverse knowledge systems while reframing dominant narratives, cultivating pluriversal sense-making abilities and the relational skills needed to co-create just and regenerative futures.
Our journeys are crafted with care, transforming time into a shared process of unlearning and becoming. They uniquely blend cosmopolitical perspectives with embodied, place-based experiences, rooted in deep listening and sensory encounters.

Our approach
Each journey is unique, guided by a diverse faculty of facilitators, expert practitioners, local leaders, and wisdom keepers and is anchored by a central guiding metaphor or question. This invites a relational process where participants release assumptions, embrace new perspectives, and cultivate deeper connections with self, land, community, and living ecosystems.

Experiential learning
Field immersions, pilgrimaging and walking as pedagogies, lectures, practical workshops.

Collective inquiry
Community encounters, group circles, co-creation of questions, storytelling, rituals of integration and celebration.

Embodied practices
Deep listening, conscious movement, grounding practices, sensory activation.
Another story is possible
Today’s urgent crises – climate breakdown, social fracture, systemic injustice – are more than isolated problems. They are symptoms of a deeper rupture in how we relate: to the Earth, to one another and to ourselves. What’s at stake isn’t just policy, infrastructure or sustainability but our collective imagination – our capacity to understand, feel, connect and co-create in ways that honor life’s interdependence and support the emergence of just, regenerative futures.
To meet this moment, we must go beyond rethinking systems – we must relearn how to be in relationship: with place, with community and with the living ecosystems around us. This is why our approach is grounded in learning from what is already alive and emergent – from Indigenous stewardship practices and communal land care, to neighborhood cooperatives and grassroots education movements. These living examples are not only blueprints, but invitations: they show us that another story is not only possible, but already unfolding – one where repair and regeneration guide our choices and where each of us, our projects and businesses play a part in weaving thriving futures.

These journeys provide the opportunity to reflect, innovate, and lead with purpose in navigating the intersection of business, sustainability, and social impact.
If you feel the pull toward regenerative leadership, towards learning that is both personal and planetary, towards practices that honor interconnection—this journey is for you.
Before, during and after the journey we exercise a cosmopolitical pedagogy of emergence (COPE). We understand cosmopolitics as an exercise of ‘slowing down reasoning’ (Stengers) that creates an opening for possible articulations between worlds. In this sense, it is a pedagogy of encounter, of sourcing inner wisdom, of dialogue between cultures and world-making practices, one that involves movement, story, dreams, inquiries, solidarities, boundaries and practices that allow for the uniqueness of the process of coming into being, of a becoming that invites a new relationship between the human and the surrounding ecosystems in all their fullness.
